Kim'S Place - Surrey

The location was convenient and the house itself was well-maintained with new appliances and furniture. My room on the second floor was spacious and had a nice closet and bathroom. Although the TV in the bedroom was small, it didn't bother me much as I used Netflix on my smartphone and casted it to the TV. The shared kitchen was organized with designated cabinets for each guest. I would highly recommend Kim's Place for anyone looking for a high-quality and affordable stay.

It was GREAT place for visiting most Surrey attractions. Free Wi-Fi was a plus.

Clean and luxurious apartment. It's about a 10-15 minutes' walk from a great sushi spot where I had dinner and really enjoyed it! 🍣

I was in town for a business trip and stayed for three nights. I was impressed by Kim's hospitality and responsiveness. Despite our late check-in due to a flood, he was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The street parking right outside was convenient, and the suite itself was clean and bright, despite being below ground. The location was perfect for me, with easy check-in instructions and labeled areas in the room. The clean bathroom, kitchen, and fridge were a plus. I appreciated the attention to detail, like the entrance shoe policy. One small suggestion would be to add hangers and a mirror in the room. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at Kim's Place for almost 2 weeks while traveling to Vancouver on a budget. com. The owner, Kim, was incredibly friendly and always available to help. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with an additional heater for extra warmth during the winter. The Wi-Fi and smart TV were a nice touch. The location was great, with a bus stop just a minute away and a train stop within a five-minute walk. it was a cool and enjoyable experience.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Everything was spot on.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! the owner was incredibly kind and responsive, even when we reached out to him in the middle of the night. the house itself was stunning, and the suite we stayed in had everything we needed and more. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. We also enjoyed the common area where we got to meet and socialize with other guests. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. as young people, we had a fantastic experience here.

We felt very well taken care of during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Noisy guests woke me up.

As an Airbnb guest, I didn't expect meals, but the shared kitchen at Kim's Place exceeded my expectations. It had modern appliances, designated storage space, and everything we needed. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The shared living and dining areas were also comfortable and stylish. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location, despite being on a main street, was surprisingly quiet, and the neighborhood felt safe. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the area during our Christmas stay. The hotel had a clean and well-maintained appearance, similar to the showhomes you see in magazines. It was a nice aesthetic touch.- The beds in the hotel were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. We noticed dirty floors in the bathroom and stains on the carpets near the bed.

My stay at Kim's Place Villa was absolutely fantastic. The B&B was beautifully designed with marble floors, private bathrooms, and comfortable leather couches. Even though I didn't meet Kim in person, he was incredibly polite and professional over the phone. The communication was seamless, and he promptly refunded my security deposit after checking out. I will definitely be returning to Kim's Place in the future, and I will be recommending it to my friends and colleagues. The house itself is stunning, with tall ceilings and modern touches. There was ample storage space, and the kitchen and sitting areas were perfect for relaxing. Additionally, there was plenty of free street parking available. The staff at the B&B were also delightful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The room had a stylish layout with an awesome bedframe and plenty of storage. It was great for those taking off early. The walk-in closet provided ample space for clothes. The heated floors were a luxurious touch.

The air conditioning system in the room was not effective, making it uncomfortably hot. there were quite a few rules and restrictions regarding the use of certain areas and items in the house.

Kim's Place in Surrey is the perfect place to stay in! The home is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The cleaning staff is wonderful and the cleanliness is perfect. The two kitchens, TV and reading area, and free Wi-Fi were great amenities. The room with the walk-in closet and private bathroom was fantastic. The CCV recordings made me feel safe and secure. a wonderful experience!
